Privacy policy of jo-pe.com has been established

in art.5 of the Service Terms.

However, because this issue is very important we present the rules in a descriptive form below.

What kind of information we collect about you?

Information collected during registration process

In order to enjoy the many functions of our service you will have to register. During the registration process we will ask you for instance about your Login/Nick, e-mail address and a password you will use on our page, we will also ask you about your date of birth, gender, place of residence and zip code. Giving your name and surname is not obligatory.

Information collected during a purchase process

Before you will be able to purchase any goods/services in our shop, we will ask you about the method of payment, e.g. SMS or type of credit card, credit card number, validation date, CVV number or other data needed to conduct a purchase.

During your visit on our page information connected to your visit, e.g. your IP address, name of the domain, browser type, type of operating system, etc. is collected automatically.

Information collected when you contact us

When you contact us via web page, phone, e-mail, etc. You provide us with your personal data, e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, etc.

How do we use the information we acquired?

We will never sell it to a third party.

Information collected during registration process will be used only to allow you to log in the system.. Registration is obligatory when you want to get access to the standard functions of the Service and purchases.

Information collected during a purchase process will be used to conduct the purchase, including collecting money and sending you ordered goods/services. The payment transaction company will be provided with your data to charge your credit card. The company will not use this data in any other purpose. Providing this data is obligatory when you want to make a purchase.

If you subscribed to our Newsletter, or you expressed a will to receive it we will use the information you provided to send it to you.

Automatically collected data can be used to analyze users` behaviour on our page, collect demographic data about our users, or personalize our websites. Data is collected automatically about every user.

Data collected during exchanging e-mails between you and our Service will be used only to answer your question.

In case of an inspection from the Information Commissioner`s office, the office`s employees can be provided with your data due to the Data Protection Act.

In case of violating the Terms of our Service, the Law, or in case of being obliged by law we will need to provide the judicial authorities with the information about you.

How do we contact you?

If you purchased any goods/services, you may receive our e-mails connected to your purchase. We may also call you, if we have any important information about the purchase.

If you subscribed to our Newsletter, or you expressed a will to receive it anyhow you will receive one via e-mail.

Information will be sent via our internal mail or Administrator`s or Moderator`s in the Service information to an e-mail address provided by you.

How can you inform us of a change in your personal information?

After logging in to the system and choosing a section "Profile edition", you can enter changes or delete your personal data colleted in the process of registration and used to log in to the system. Transaction data cannot be changed or deleted as they are part of a bill or invoice. Automatically collected data cannot be changed or deleted.

Cookies usage ("cookies")

Our web site may use cookies, which are used to identify your browser while using our page, so that we know which page and how it should be viewed. Cookies don`t contain any personal data.

How do we protect your personal data?

Communication between your computer and our server when we collect your personal data is encrypted by the SSL protocole (Secure Socket Layer). Additionaly our data base is protected against viewing by other people.
